The strategic goal of Helvetia is to focus the recruitment, the services and the development of our employees in such a way that they are meeting our customer needs personally and competently. Helvetia is dedicated to a goal-oriented management and personnel planning being focused on meeting future needs and optimised by potential assessment and -retention. Helvetia’s personnel policy is part of the corporate policy and based on the mission statement with all executive personnel and employees of the entire Group integrating and implementing it in their daily work. The common understanding of the principles and values that are applying in the Helvetia Group is a key requirement for achieving the corporate success.
Employee satisfaction
Helvetia ranks 21st in the CASH Employer Award 2007.This result places us among the 25 best employer in Switzerland. It was already the seventh time this year that the business paper CASH was searching for the best employers. 92 companies with more than 200 employees participated in the survey and were thus competing for the CASH Employer Award 2007. 50'734 employees all in all have each responded to over 80 questions on their employer. 412 Helvetia employees volunteered to complete the questionnaire and to send it in. The survey is especially focussing on the satisfaction of the employees and their willingness to achieve.
