Please note: If a civil partnership is dissolved, there will be no further entitlement to benefits for a partner's pension in the event of a claim. If you have given in the form to change the order of beneficiaries in favour of the former partner, this shall also become invalid. If the partnership is resumed at a later time, this is treated, acording to the regulations, as a new partnership for which a new “Registration for a partner's pension” needs to be submitted.
