Conditions for risk coverage

The person will be admitted to the insurance scheme provided that

he/she is fully capable of working or earning at the start of employment/insurance;
he/she is registered in good time (see registration deadlines under Good to know);
no special risk assessment has to be carried out.

Provided that the above requirements are met, the foundation grants definitive insurance cover from the intended start date. If a special risk assessment is specified and in all other cases, (e.g. partial incapacity to work or earn), the Foundation clarifies the health status of the applicant. Under these circumstances the insurance cover is provisional and only becomes definitive after notification to that effect by foundation and if necessary subject to a proviso. However, in the context of the benefits to be covered by the LOB, every applicant is subject to compulsory insurance.
