In emotional terms, the situation has not affected me that much. I work a lot from home anyway, so it hasn’t been such a big change. I’m not panicky or particularly restless, but I try to go outside as little as possible and, when I do, only with the necessary safety precautions. At Swiss-Ski we’ve had to take many measures to ensure that we could answer any enquiries quickly and provide appropriate support.
I try to structure my everyday life well, which helps me a lot. Regular exercise and a balanced diet are also vital. My family won't mind if I’m tied to the stove a little longer.
With regard to my colleagues, I try to maintain regular exchanges. This helps me and them eliminate uncertainties and tackle upcoming work with a good feeling. In such situations it is particularly important to feel that everything is in order and that the team holds together.
Most of all I’m looking forward to seeing my friends again and eating out in a restaurant.
