Depending on your level of training and qualifications, we offer you the best career prospects in various areas of operations and different forms of employment. After all, professional success doesn't always mean working full time. Sometimes it may also mean a part-time job, an apprenticeship or an internship.
Do you still have questions? Or would you like some tips for your application? No problem – our recruitment team will be pleased to help you put the finishing touches to your application.
Helvetia offers internships in a variety of operational areas and corporate divisions. Depending on your level of training, the duration of internships ranges from 6 to 12 months. For internships while studying or for working students, these range from 6 to 24 months.
We aim to give each applicant a response and clarity as quickly as possible about their application. Accordingly, we have greatly simplified our processes. You will receive an initial reply about your application within 5 days. Our goal is to not take more than four to six weeks from the application through to acceptance. Depending on the position, specialist unit and number of applicants it may take less time or, in some cases, more. Our recruiters do their best every day to make the process as pleasant as possible for you.
We've all been there – the first day at a new company. To ensure that it gets off to a good start, you will begin with an interesting Welcome Day, which will offer you plenty of useful information about Helvetia, our offering, strategy and much more, while also enabling you to meet other new employees. A delicious lunch together is of course part of the day. It goes without saying that you will be “IT ready” on day one, i.e. your laptop and all IT access points will be activated. You'll see soon enough that our onboarding does not only start on your first actual day of work – keep an eye on your inbox. We wish you a good start.
There are thousands of books and websites with application tips – so we won't bring out a new one but will concentrate on the essentials. We look for people with a mind of their own. So you don't have to put on an act at the interview. Just be yourself. Please feel free to ask critical questions and try to take away as much as possible from the discussion – in terms of both emotions and content. It's important that you should feel at home here, in addition to finding the right type of work and overall conditions. You can do it – we believe in you.
