What does &Go mean to me?
The first thing &Go makes me think of is a starting pistol. I'm starting a new job. Highly motivated, I join a new company – and thus a team that's completely unknown to me. They show me the ropes, place their trust in me – and are receptive to my experience and my ideas. We all want to give of our best, to achieve our objectives – for the employer's benefit as well as our own.

What do I do when I'm not searching for talent?
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. We all love hiking, skiing and snowboarding, travelling to far-off countries and meeting friends.

My personal tip for your interview:
Don't be late! Prepare for it by reflecting on your talents, skills and experience. Find out everything you can about the job and the company, and at the interview itself: be yourself.
