What do you do at Helvetia?

As part of the Real Estate Management Switzerland team, I work as a property valuer for the properties we directly hold and am responsible for sales from our portfolio.

What do you enjoy about your job?

No two properties are alike, and each one brings a challenge to be overcome. I work in a small team with great colleagues. We share our expertise, enjoy efficient synergies, and support each other when the going gets tough.

What is your tip for women in business?

As a woman and mother, you have to be clear about what you are and are not willing to sacrifice, in your professional and your private life. Otherwise, the juggling makes it difficult to perform well in both areas. Plus, you end up feeling guilty all the time and, ultimately, unhappy. Also: be bold, take yourself out of your comfort zone occasionally, and keep asking yourself: am I where I want to be – and if not, how do I get there?
