I am responsible for Diversity@helvetia. I'm also an HR Business Partner International and work with Human Resources in all of Helvetia's national markets.
As a mother of three children, I have a vested interested in efforts by politicians, the business community and society at large to promote diversity. I firmly believe that facilitating and embracing diversity is the only way to fully exploit the potential of current and future employees and enable a company to be innovative. Plus, I enjoy engaging with people outside the company and the international aspects, which allow me to draw on my many years of experience and my language skills.
Be authentic and confident. In a diverse company, you shouldn't have to pretend. But this does mean you have to articulate what you do and don't want. There are many ways to be successful. And there is more than one definition of success.
