During the two-year course at Helvetia you will learn all about insurance, pensions and finance for your work as a customer advisor. You will initially work in the internal services team, assist sales support as a Life or Non-Life administrator and will also work as a Junior Sales Assistant in the sales force. In the second year you will work entirely in the sales force and will be supported by our customer advisors.
The programme aims to provide in-depth industry knowledge of the products, systems and applications used at Helvetia. If you complete the training, chance is given to get offered a permanent position as a customer advisor.
