You must be registered as a user of this service and have a user ID as well as a password.
Manned office hours: Mon to Thur 07.30h–17.30h and Fri 07.30h–17.00h.
Non–manned office hours: Mon to Fri 07.00h–07.30h and 17.30h–22.00h (Thur until 19.00h); Sat 07.00h–16.00h and Sun 14.00h–22.00h. During non–manned office hours there is no guarantee that BVGonline will be available.
As a registered BVGonline user, you can access the user manual on the "Home" page. In addition, BVGonline technical support (email@example.com) is available at all times to answer questions related to BVGonline.
On the BVGonline login page, you will find the registration link. Once the signed user agreement has been received, we will provide you with your personal access information.
Please contact us if your successor needs access to the service or if you no longer need to use it. Your user ID for the service will then be deactivated. Your successor needs to register using the user agreement.
mTAN stands for mobile transaction number. This is a mobile additional code that can be sent via text message to your phone. An mTAN is only valid for a short period of time and can only be used once. The costs for this are covered by Helvetia Insurance .
