Helvetia LOB Invest Group Foundation – Foundation Board elections 2025
The Foundation Board of Helvetia LOB Invest Group Foundation for Employee Pensions with equal representation, Basel, will enter its next term of office in January 2026. The term will span from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2030. As a result, the Foundation Board must be re-elected this year. At the same time, the committee will be expanded from four to six members. The Foundation Board has tasked Helvetia Swiss Life Insurance Company Ltd, with conducting the election. The elections will be conducted using an online voting tool.
Election results and publication
The vote and counting of votes are based on the foundation’s Election rules. Once the result of the vote has been determined, all candidates will be informed about the outcome. The result will be published on the website on 20 November 2025.
