Payment options

Save on the tiresome entry of all your information on the payment slips. The e-invoice lets you pay outstanding invoices, such as interest notifications and contractual amortisations, with just two mouse-clicks. Direct debit (DD) means that you no longer have to worry about anything. After registering, everything takes place automatically.

E-invoice for non-life and mortgage customers

You receive electronic invoices directly in your e-banking account (for non-life and mortgage customers). This is where you can view the invoice and pay it with just one mouse click. Here's how it works: in e-banking, click on "payments", then "e-invoices" and select the biller Helvetia. Now, you just have to follow the steps and, in future, you will receive your invoices eletronically. Use the detailed application for activation.

Your benefits

  • Digital storage – save invoices as a PDF
  • No tiresome completion of payment slips
  • Full control of your payments at all time
  • Secure, environmentally friendly and punctual

E-invoice for mortgage customers

E-invoices are currently only available in the Helvetia mortgage segment. The inclusion of additional segments is expected in the near future.

Direct Debit (DD)

Currently only available for individual life and mortgage customers as well as Helvetia tenants

Paying invoices via DD is even more convenient. All you need to do is complete the debit authorization with right of objection. The amount that we invoice you is then debited directly from your account.
