In the case of related events – for instance, when one accident triggers several treatments – the benefits apply per year. No age limit applies.
The health insurance covers the costs incurred per illness up to the chosen sum insured. You can select the deductible that suits your needs. In the case of related illnesses – for instance, when one illness requires several visits to the vet – the benefits apply per year.
You can take out health insurance for your cat if it is between three months and seven years old. Illnesses that already exist when the insurance is taken out are excluded. The insurance cover begins 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
The minimum term for cat insurance is one year and the maximum five years.
