Since November 2017, our brand promise, "simple. clear. helvetia", has applied to customers, shareholders and employees alike. The insurance sector is perceived as complicated. We want to make the world of insurance simple to access and easier to understand – not always a simple goal. Our new identity is being implemented using "triads". Clear keywords, in black and white, evoke images. The form of the message is part of the message – our triads convey a sense of simplicity. The campaign is embedded in the helvetia 20.20 corporate strategy. We want to act in an agile, innovative and customer-focused manner and offer simple, clear solutions: "simple. clear. helvetia" as the triad says.
