We will confirm your registration for a partner’s pension in writing. Please contact us if you do not receive written confirmation of receipt within 30 days of sending your registration for a partner’s pension.
Please note that registration for a partner’s pension does not change entitlement, under the regulations, to a possible lump-sum death benefit or refund of contributions. If you also wish to change the order of beneficiaries, please submit the form ‘Change in order of beneficiaries’.
Dissolution of the joint household or termination of the partnership with your named partner must be notified to us promptly using the form ‘Dissolution of partnership’.
