In addition, we provide B2B2C and IAB non-life insurance solutions addressing the growing embedded insurance market. By integrating our services into our customers’ and brokers’ value chain, we aim to ensure a seamless and frictionless insurance experience for both our customers and sales intermediaries. Thorough and rigorous underwriting standards and a strong commitment to professional, swift, and diligent claims handling are core elements of our value proposition. Our ambition is to further strengthen our position as an agile and innovative insurer and trusted long-term partner for innovative Specialty Lines and Embedded Insurance solutions in niche markets across Europe, the UK and internationally.

We equip our underwriters with the expertise to understand our partners’ and clients’ businesses and commercial priorities, enabling us to tailor insurance solutions. Agility and a fast, professional decision-making process are key differentiators.

Site visits, technical surveys and participation in industry expert groups are integral to our understanding of insured risks and enable us to deliver innovative and optimal and solutions to our customers and partners.

We underwrite business primarily in Europe under the Freedom of Service (FOS) licence, through our UK Branch, and in the USA via our Excess and Surplus Lines licence authority. Beyond these core regions, we selectively access niche markets, where we hold relevant licences or where regulations permit insurance and financial activities without a specific licence. Business is predominantly sourced through brokers, independent sales agents or underwriting agencies. To further strengthen our market position, we continue to deepen our relationships with selected brokers and intermediaries, leveraging our trusted brand, long-term commitment and our financially strong credit rating from S&P’s.
