Autonomous and semi-autonomous pension funds in the current investment environment are currently faced with the challenge of generating yields that can hardly be achieved through stocks and bonds alone. Following the great success of the IPO “Swiss Real Estate” three years ago, the Helvetia Investment Foundation is launching an interesting and attractive project: the new investment group "Romandie Real Estate”.
Swiss real estate is in high demand. Thanks to the cooperation with Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA , Helvetia Investment Foundation was able to put together an investment group that provides stable yields and low volatility with a focus on French-speaking Switzerland: an ideal diversification option in every investment portfolio!
The investment group invests up to three quarters in residential properties and up to one quarter in commercial properties. The investments are widely diversified by property, type and location in order to ensure an appropriate distribution of risk. In addition to
investments in existing properties in French-speaking Switzerland, active new building projects are being planned. The investment objective is to achieve at least the benchmark yield (KGAST Immo Index) over the medium to long term.
Starting from an initial investment of CHF 100,000, the Helvetia Investment Foundation offers you the opportunity to acquire entitlements to the Net Asset Value (NAV).
Founded in 2007, Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA provides a comprehensive real estate services package. With its head office in Geneva, it has an excellent network in French-speaking Switzerland. Wide-reaching knowledge of the region combined with an active management approach gives investors confidence and security. Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA has been a subsidiary company of Edmond de Rothschild (Swiss) SA since 2014. Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA is responsible for portfolio and transaction management for the Romandie Real Estate investment group and it also provides construction trust services for construction projects.
The portfolio of the investment group Romandie Real Estate is comprised of existing and well rented properties in the cantons of Geneva, Vaud and Valais. The Helvetia Investment Foundation is planning to make additional investments soon and in cooperation with Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA also to realise additional construction projects.
