In the current investment environment, autonomous and semi-autonomous pension funds are challenged to generate returns which are barely achievable with shares and bonds. Therefore, the Helvetia Investment Foundation launched an interesting and attractive complement: the Swiss Real Estate investment group.
Swiss real estate are very sought. Thanks to the cooperation with Helvetia Insurances and Privera Ltd, the Helvetia Investment Foundation succeeded in creating an investment group that provides both stable returns and low volatility: the perfect diversification's opportunity for every investment portfolio!
The investment group invests three-quarters of its assets in residential property and one-quarter in commercial property. The investments are widely diversified by property, type and location in order to ensure an appropriate distribution of risk. Plans for the construction of new buildings on directly held property in Switzerland are in the pipeline, and investments in existing property are also planned. The long-term investment objective is to equal at least the net yield of the benchmark (KGAST Immo-Index).
The Helvetia Investment Foundation offers you the opportunity to acquire entitlements at the net asset value (NAV).
Privera Ltd is responsible for the real estate management, and KPMG Schweiz acts as the valuation expert. Both are leading providers of real estate services in their fields of expertise. The renowned Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd serves as the custodian bank.
The real estate portfolio is composed of existing and well-leased buildings and building projects. These are spread over different urban regions throughout Switzerland. The Helvetia Investment Foundation plans to make further investments in the near future and, as the case may be, to involve in building projects in cooperation with the Helvetia Insurances.
