    Customers of the Helvetia employee benefit institutions can now complete their personnel and salary notifications using the uniform payroll reporting procedure (ELM). It couldn't be quicker or easier. We have also further expanded the services for insured persons to include increased digital use and additional advantages.

    Handle personnel and salary notifications with ELM

    From December, employers must report the salaries of their employees for the new year. With immediate effect, this can be done directly and extremely efficiently at Helvetia with the uniform payroll reporting procedure (ELM) for occupational benefits. Of course, individual notifications can also be made via ELM during the year, namely:

    • Employees joining or leaving the company
    • Salary adjustments
    • Changes to the degree of employment
    • Employee data (e.g. change of address)

    ELM enables the automatic exchange of data from your payroll system directly to Helvetia's employee benefit administration system. Your company needs

    • a Swissdec-certified payroll accounting system (Version ELM 5.0)
    • access to BVGonline at Helvetia

    BVGonline can be used to perform the aforementioned and all other notifications and simulations for the employee benefit scheme.

    If you forward notifications directly to us from your payroll accounting with ELM, they no longer need to be recorded in BVGonline but are automatically documented there.

    General Regulation Provisions 2024 for all group foundations

    As usual, the new General Regulation Provisions are available to customers and all insured persons from January onwards on the respective foundation website under "Legal documents".

    We have documented the most important changes for you in the "Products and benefits" section.

    As a result of the "OASI 21" reform, the benefit plans for your staff must also be adjusted. These are individual for each company. The corresponding adjustment to the pension fund regulations will be made in the next few months.
