• Complete the registration form online.
• We'll send you a confirmation SMS with a code. Enter the code in the specified field.
• The application form for your BVGonline access will then be sent to you by e-mail.
  

• Print out the application e-mailed to you and have it signed by the persons listed in the document.
• Scan the signed application and send it to us using this link. Alternatively, you can also send us the signed application by post.
  

• Once we have set up your account, you will receive an activation e-mail. Click on the link in the activation e-mail.
• You will receive an SMS containing your initial access password. Now log in to BVGonline with your e-mail address and initial access password.
• To complete the registration process, the first time you log in you will need to accept our Terms of Use and Data Protection Policy and define a personal password.
  

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot password" button.

Please notify us if you've stopped using the service or are handing over to a successor. In this case your personal access will be deactivated. Your successor will need to register as a new user.

The SMS-mTan solution allows you to access the BVGonline system via SMS code to your mobile 'phone or your sms-enabled fixnet telephone.

mTAN stands for mobile transaction number. These are additional mobile codes that are sent to your telephone number by SMS. An mTAN is valid for a limited time and can only be used once.
