On 31 March 2022, 65.9% of the Helvetia shares were in free float. 41.6% of these were registered in the share register. The remaining shares (34.1%) are held by Patria Mutual.
Helvetia strives to generate attractive capital returns for its shareholders. In recent years, it has been possible to continually increase the dividend payment or at least keep it stable. For the 2021 financial year, the Board of Directors proposed a dividend of CHF 5.50 per share. This corresponds to a dividend yield of 5.1% and a payout ratio of 60%.
