Who we’re looking for 

We are looking for IT professionals who are willing to take on responsibility and play an active role in shaping change, regardless of whether their background is in insurance, finance or technology.

We’re particularly interested in people with experience in the following areas:

• Cybersecurity and identity
• Cloud solutions, DevOps and infrastructure
• Data, analytics and artificial intelligence
• Software engineering and platforms
• IT service management and governance

• IT experience is important, but openness, a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team are just as crucial.
