Working for Helvetia

To make sure our employees feel completely at ease, Helvetia has modern and easily accessible locations with subsidized meals at its head offices. The possibility of working up to 100% in FlexOffice, a wide range of health promotion measures and state-of-the-art working models are just part of our attractive offering for our employees.

Working environments – well-being expressly desired

We no longer have single offices – and in future people won't have a permanent workplace either. With our “new office” approach, we are creating state-of-the-art working environments at our head offices in St. Gallen and Basel according to the activity-based approach. This means that you use the work space you need – to make telephone calls with no disruptions, for creative brain-storming or simply to talk to colleagues. This concept is already established at our premises in St. Gallen. It will be implemented in Basel at the end of 2023.

Development

At Helvetia, you have plenty of opportunities to fulfil your potential. Make full use of the range of regular training and development courses on offer and take advantage of the personal prospects available to you! Because it feels good when things are moving forward.

The four stages of your successful development:

Health and well-being

To ensure that stress in everyday life does not become excessive, Helvetia offers its employees a comprehensive range of health-related measures. We focus on both the physical and mental aspects of health. Managers are also sensitized to these topics in special training sessions.

Our employees can currently take advantage of the following offers in the field of health and well-being:
FlexOffice
Advice on ergonomics at the workplace
Flu vaccination
Discounts for a gym membership
Resilience training
Courses on "Sleeping well"
Digital detox courses
Mindful@Helvetia courses on the topics of energy and attentiveness
