The Helvetia Service Card is the digital version of an SOS-card. It is made available in the form of a Wallet card, just like digital plane tickets or entry tickets. The card contains your contract details and options for contacting Helvetia if you have a claim or some other issue.
The card is based on the Wallet technology provided by Apple and Android. We create the cards in conjunction with the Miss Moneypenny Technologies start-up.
Not a problem. Simply order a new one via our digital assistant Clara.
E-mails sometimes end up in your spam folder. If that isn’t the case, you can simply order the card again.
Yes, nothing could be easier. Under card details, you’ll find a link you can share with them.
You’ve more than likely opened the card using a short cut (double click on the power button). This short cut only opens the Apple Pay function. If you want to access all the card functions, you have to open the Wallet app.
At the moment, the card is available only on the Apple and Google Wallet apps. Samsung users can add the card to the Google Wallet app.
The card is available for all private customer policies (e.g. household contents, travel and liability insurance) and motor vehicle policies (e.g. car, motorbike and boat insurance). If you’re unsure, simply start the order process. If the card is not available to you, you will be advised accordingly.
The best option is to get the policyholder to download the card and then share it with you.
The card is free of charge.
Details are generally updated within one day.
