Do you have a contract with Helvetia or Baloise?

Helvetia and Baloise have merged to form a single company. As some systems are currently still running separately, please indicate whether you have a contract with Helvetia or Baloise. This will allow us to process your notification smoothly as usual.

If you’re at all unsure, these two questions will help you.

1. Did you have a Baloise contract before 1 July 2026?

  • No: You have a Helvetia contract.
  • Yes: Proceed to question 2.

2. Has this Baloise contract since been replaced by a Helvetia contract?

  • No: You have a Baloise contract.
  • Yes: You have a Helvetia contract.
