Trade fair and exhibition insurance in short
To allow you to concentrate fully on your presence at the event, we provide financial cover for your exhibition materials. The stand materials made available are also covered for the entire duration of the trade fair.
Helvetia covers the costs in Switzerland and Europe if:

Your goods are damaged or stolen during transportation or interim storage and during the exhibition period

Stand materials are damaged – whether accidentally or as a result of vandalism – during the setting up or dismantling of your stand

Your goods are lost during the trade fair or exhibition

Additional and follow-up costs are incurred

Cash of up to CHF 2,000 is stolen or is lost due to fire, severe weather or a transport accident
