Rosanna Zetterer has been working as a SWISS flight attendant since March 2016. It’s her dream job – and one that prompted the multilingual assistant to leave her Bavarian home for a new career in Switzerland. As well as finding somewhere to live and organising the move, she wanted to make sure she was properly insured from the start.
Visiting the Helvetia agency at Zurich airport, she was delighted to receive expert, personal guidance from Helvetia customer advisor Adnan Kordic. She recalls: “I didn’t know the first thing about insurance, and he patiently explained it all to me.” Having the right policies is a weight off her mind: “Now I can sleep easy when I’m travelling,” she says.
Her life insurance policy gives her extra security for the third age, in the form of an additional lump sum to top up her pensions from the OASI and SWISS pension fund. She’s already making plans: “I’ll be able to enjoy a carefree retirement and sail around the world!” Adnan Kordic admires Rosanna Zetterer’s courage in leaving her homeland for her new job, commenting: “It takes a lot of self-confidence that I wouldn’t have had at her age.”
Rosanna Zetterer has household contents, private liability, legal protection and life insurance (including disability pension) with Helvetia.
Adnan Kordic is impressed by Rosanna Zetterer's courage at leaving her home country for her dream job: the Helvetia customer advisor provides the flight attendant with advice on insurance-related matters. He is part of the Helvetia team who looks after SWISS employees directly at Zurich Airport.
